Two days ago I saw a thought on facebook which said, “The elimination diet: Remove anger, regret, resentment, guilt, blame and worry. Then watch your health and life improve.” Charles F. Glassman This is so true, as we get rid of the bad emotions then we can be full of the good emotions and have more energy.
Her are two ways to get rid of bad emotions:
Write down your feelings and then tear up the paper and throw it away. Think about the Savior taking those bad feelings from you and making them into something good, that is what He did with the Atonement.
Go out into nature and let out your frustrations and anger to a tree. Nature can handle these emotions, people cannot.
Do these things and you will be happier, healthier and more productive.
