With some meditations, you are told to think of a place that you like to go, to relax and get away from things. Think of being there in that peaceful place as you breathe deeply. I like to think of being out in nature, up in a canyon by where I grew up in Wallsburg, Utah. Then I like to think of places that are close to me in the city and then go to them as much as possible. There is a piece of nature a block and a half from me that I like to go to almost daily. There is a creek, ducks are there a lot of times. I love to visit there to meditate. It is so peaceful to be out in nature, it is so calming with all of the busyness of life. Find a place that you can go to to relax and be calm.
